Service Advisor Lied I had a scheduled service on 2/12/2020 for 2 recalls on my 2015 Dodge Charger, I asked for a oil change and tire rotation along with the recall repair I had a scheduled service on 2/12/2020 for 2 recalls on my 2015 Dodge Charger, I asked for a oil change and tire rotation along with the recall repairs, my service advisor called me about an hour after receiving my vehicle and advised that they needed to replace my oil filter housing because it was cracked, I approved the work, I picked up my vehicle after work once I got home and reviewed my invoice I discovered a statement that was not true: (CUSTOMER STATES THAT THE VEHICLE IS LEAKING OIL) At no time during my conversation with Christopher Buntin didI tell him my oil was leaking, I really don't appreciate being lied on, I will address this matter with the General Manager Roosevelt Adams, I now feel like this was a unnecessary repair at my expense. I was very disappointed with my first service having switched to a Jeep from a Honda. I went in for my first oil change and to have my brakes checked.
