They are courteous and professional every time I take my Ram in for service. Good Salesmen I enjoyed working with the salesman that I dealt with. He did a good job and was helpful The only downsides were the used truck warranty offered was I enjoyed working with the salesman that I dealt with. Awful Service Department! I had tire service performed here and it was an awful experience, and I do not recommend these guys! One of my tires needed to be replaced due to a I had tire service performed here and it was an awful experience, and I do not recommend these guys! One of my tires needed to be replaced due to a puncture and the technician put the replacement on backwards, and also didn't put the tire valve stem cap back on. I had to return THREE times to get these acknowledged and fixed and here's the kicker....the technician that had to fix their mistake pissed and moaned about it in front of me. I guess I'm sorry my patronage was such an inconvenience to them. This was the first impression they gave and I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! More
