This is regarding the service of our Bronco on 9-5-25, scheduled to clear two recalls (ended up being 3), two issues with sections of trim under warranty and an oil change. Ford kept car until midday on 9-6 completed the oil change, recalls, and one of the trim issues, service did not even look at the other trim issue. Online quoted the oil change at 65.00, service ticket was going to charge 103.00, Hayden service rep claimed the dealer’s website was incorrect, after some back and forth he agreed to the 65.00. For the trim that was not fixed would have to make another appointment. After leaving a negative Ford Survey the service manager texted and called me on 9/18/25 (he was nowhere to be found on 9/5 or 9/6) after explaining to what had happened he stated that the oil change pricing issue should have never arise, and he would issue a refund check for the amount paid, and he would personally log the car in for the trim repair ion 9/26 have the check waiting, well Noah was not present and no check was waiting. After about 30 mins if was determined that a part would have to be ordered and I would need to bring the car in a third time on 9/29, after about 4 hours the trim was fixed, still no refund check, I texted Noah the service manager, he said he would have the check mailed but he first had to review the survey responses. I asked him if the dealer mailing a refund check depends on how one responds to a survey, and he said no. As of now there is still no check from Gwinnett Ford and Noah does not respond to texts. I would avoid this dealership for any service needs. More
I wasn’t to sure about making an 8 hour drive I had a lot on my mind so I know I was a bit much to deal with. I work with nate for about 2 weeks we went back forth on price but we came to a place we could agree on. He also through all rubber Ford mats in the deal cause I wanted them for the dirt!!! When I purchased I was promised this vehicle was in perfect condition and good health. 2 weeks later the catalytic converters go out, not even a year later I have to get the transmission replaced. I was lied to and SCAMMED. When I called to tell them this they told me there was nothing they would do bc I didn’t purchase an extended warranty. This is so disappointing putting a young female who purchased her first car through this. I now have to pay 8,000 on a new transmission when I paid 23,000 for the car 9 months ago. More
