Seems Fishy Nov 2018, 2014 Ford Escape was in shop due to Sync module issue and remote start. Dealer claims they replaced battery and Sync 2 APIM per warranty. No Nov 2018, 2014 Ford Escape was in shop due to Sync module issue and remote start. Dealer claims they replaced battery and Sync 2 APIM per warranty. Noticed that Sync retained all settings despite a total power loss and new battery installation. Dec 2018, A new APIM has to be linked to the VIN. Upon installation all user settings including, but not limited to, Radio, Audio settings, Driver analysis, Driving history, etc. are wiped from memory due to battery removal. Radio/Audio is the same issue as when I took the car in....conclusion, no new APIM installed. Dec 2018, 2 days later back in shop due to an engine overheat warning while driving car home from dealer. Car was in ship 6 days. Jan 2019, Present, engine light on. Cannot make an appointment. Car is under a warranty not affiliated with Ford. Not a happy Customer! More

I was told that synthetic oil was included....every time I get my oil change I get When I purchased my F150 I also purchased the oil change package. I was told that synthetic oil was included....every time I get my oil change I get charged extra for Synthetic Oil. I've been told thT the oil change package does not include Synthetic Oil. I was lied to obviously. Now I've been sitting here for 1 hour and 45 minutes to get one of these additional charge oil changes. I was the first one in line at 7 am this morning. I could have done this at home for less and in about 20 minutes. So slow... More
