Called to make an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and was told I would have to drop it off for several weeks. I was not allowed to make an appointment or bring it in when I was next in line. I travel the country for work and go to the dealer in every state. Gwinnett and 5 Star Ford are the only two dealers I have ever encountered who demand this. What a shame. Thank goodness the other local dealers are customer focused. Shame on you Gwinnett. More
