Terrible Customer Service We went to Gwinnett Place Ford looking for a Ford Escape to replace one we had wrecked. Herb Michael, came out to help us. He showed me a car that I We went to Gwinnett Place Ford looking for a Ford Escape to replace one we had wrecked. Herb Michael, came out to help us. He showed me a car that I feel in love with. During the process, he told us we were approved through financing and we just needed the down payment, which we told him would be there sometime during that week, we were waiting for the insurance check. We told him we were hoping it would be by Wednesday, but we were not sure. Thursday when I did receive the check, I called down to Gwinnett Place Ford and talked to Herb, who told me that the car was sold. Which was a total lie! I called back that evening and talked to another employee who verified that the car was still there and available for sale. I then asked that employee to please check if the finance offer was still valid, he said he would call me back and never did. At the same time emails, voicemails were also left for the finance person and the Manager of the Used Car department, none of which were ever acknowledge or returned. All weekend I checked and the car was still available. But on Sunday when no one would return a phone call to us, we decided to go elsewhere. We found a vehicle, and on Monday on the way to pick up that vehicle, Herb decided he would call. We told him that he lost a sale because he bold faced lied that the car we wanted was no longer available, and he said, he did say that! He did NOT care about us as customers, nor cared if he made a deal or not! I will not ever recommend Gwinnett Place Ford to anyone. More

This dealership is AMAZING! Best Experience. It was a very nice experience. The car was ALREADY CLEAN... but before I left THEY CLEANED IT AGAIN!!! WHAT?!?!... AND... THEY FILLED THE GAS TO THE TOP... WHAT?!?!? No one does that... NO. ONE. DOES. THAT... today, it's really hard to find this type of care from a dealership... LASTLY... THE TIRES WERE... NEW!!!!! WHAT?!?!?! I'm seriously telling you.... no one dealership that I've ever worked with or seen does this. I made sure to make a comment to the manager they had in the floor.
