Horrible Customer Service I came to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled into the service lane, I literally sat there for about 6 minutes waiting for someone to a I came to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled into the service lane, I literally sat there for about 6 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was there to get service. There were about 3 employees sitting at their desks and 1 was occupied with a customer. At that time I got out of the car and stood next to my vehicle waiting again to be acknowledged and helped. Another 4 to 5 minutes went by and still nothing, as at least one employee looked at me and still did not speak. I said out loud “seriously” and that’s when someone spoke and asked to help me. I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn’t invisible. Then on top of that, when I purchased my vehicle I got MPP for 1 year which includes tire roatations and oil changes. Mind you I haven’t had the car 6 months yet, and they tell me it’s expired! The employee did not want to do any research to assist me in the matter. She just asked if I wanted to pay for the services I came for. Uhh NO! This was by far a horrible experience. Customer service is everything and I like to be treated like they would want to be treated. I will no longer recommend this dealership to anyone. I can say my sales experience was pleasant, but they sure need to work on the service department. More

Good overall buying experience I recently purchased a 2018 Escape through the AAA buying service. Gwinnett Place Ford had the best bid. Hemant, my salesperson, was excellent and ver I recently purchased a 2018 Escape through the AAA buying service. Gwinnett Place Ford had the best bid. Hemant, my salesperson, was excellent and very enthusiastic about making sure he covered all of the bases with regard to my purchase. Alexis, the finance person, also did a nice job. She wasn't pushy with regard to add-ons like extended warranties and presented the options in a very straight forward manner. One thing that impressed me was that after getting the initial bid on one trim configuration I decided to modify what I was looking for. They didn't play games with me and Ivan, the sales manager, honored their original discount level. The dealership is very clean, and since we were there mid-day on a Saturday even got a free lunch! Based on my interactions with Hemant and Alexis I would recommend GPF for a new car purchase. Overall a very friendly dealership. I've used their service department a few times over the years and they're generally very good as well. More
NO EXPERIENCE with Diesels I brought my Ford Transit Diesel July 26 asked to fix check engine and shaking after I stop the engine. When I checked in the car PT(ford rep.) told me I have two recalls. TWO DAYS took to do diagnostics. After diagnostics PT told me car will be ready in Two days. My car was not fixed for over a WEEK. I called PT every day and get a new day when the car will be fixed. August 1st in the evening PT told me that my car will be ready in one hour.I sent my wife to pick up the car. I ordered Uber and when she was just a few miles away from dealership PT told me that the car is not going to be ready. He was saying that the vehicle is not passing some test. Do not worry no charge to you. AS a result I paid over $900. (over 600 just labor :)) I picked up my car with CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, car is SHAKING sometimes after I stop the engine. Moreover, there is another MASSAGE ON THE DASHBOARD. As addition RECALLS NOT FIXED. Spoke to Stan Jackson service manager. He told me they will order parts and when they come they will fix the car. Today he called and told me that they will not fix the car for free because I have high mileage on my car and it will cost me additional $1200 More

CHERREL HARRISON “EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS! ” This was my first experience with Gwinnett Place Ford. I learned about them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and This was my first experience with Gwinnett Place Ford. I learned about them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 30 minutes away. Cherrel scheduled slot for us. I can't say enough about Cherrel as my sales contact. She was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Cherrel went above and beyond when I had questions . Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. More

We were fortunately able to make it to Giwinnett Place Ford where we met Service Advisor Paul Lyons. His assistance was just outstanding. He assured us they would evaluate our problem and he would advise us as to what was needed. He then made arrangements with Lynda Caffey for a rental car so we could continue our trip and be able to meet up with our family relatives. He followed up with everything on the repair, which required several days and then coordinated a smooth pick up of our repaired vehicle. Paul Lyons went above and beyond to assist us and he is a great employee and outstanding member of the Gwinnett Place Ford team. We are also appreciate Lynda Caffey's assistance with the rental car.
