He listen to what I needed with my circumstances and went right to work. Through the selection process, I was nervous about what would fit my needs and desires so I bounced back and forth btw car selections. Herbert was not bothered at all. He was very patience, calm, and reassuring that he would get me in a new car. Meanwhile its almost closing time at the dealership. Herbert wasn't fazed.
