The car I bought has the new sync system in it and a lady named Roxanna helped me tremendously by going over the features of the sync system with me, pairing mine and my husband's phone, suggesting apps we can download which would aid connectivity and productivity, It didn't end there though I recently called with some questions and...SHE answered and was happy to help!!
