After going the Ford dealership and dealing with Mikhail Granovskiy, things turned around for the better. He was laid back (in a good way) and easy-going, and was upfront about everything that I had questions about. He even voluntarily showed me some hail damage on the car I was looking at, just to let me know about all the flaws. He worked with his sales team and got me approved for the car I wanted. I would definitely buy my next car from him. More

Another Great purchasing experience. This is the second car we have purchased from Gwinnett Place Ford/Lincoln. As before, we contacted Gabi Mor to help us. It took us 3 or 4 visits to come to a decision, but in the end we decided to purchase an Explorer. We are very pleased with the vehicle and Gabi made the experience as painless and enjoyable as we could expect. During the process of looking, I needed to put our Lincoln MKS in the shop overnight, Lynda Caffey was kind enough to give me a Lincoln MKZ, one of the cars we were considering, as a loaner. This was extremely helpful. Alvaro Pineros set up the financing for us in less than 30 minutes. To top it all off, Paul Lyons, who we consider our personal Service Tech, assured me he would personally help us care for our Explorer. This is a great team. The next time you find yourself looking for a new ride, do yourself a favor and make this one of your stops. More
