Great customer care I bought a used car form Gabi Mor and everything went smoothly. I was a little hesitant since I was buying a car from 1200 miles away. Nervous to the dealer every time I bought my brand new edge in 2016. This is my first ford car. I had Camry and Honda CR-V . I regretted to trade in my Camry to ford. I kept going back to dealer for the problem from my edge. And the service is not as good as Honda or Toyota. I always felt nervous when I go to dealer for help. But this is brand new car. I didn't expect so many problems. The newest one is the holes for ac under the front seats are too big so some small thing went into the pipe from the hole . It makes noise when I driving my car. But they said they can do nothing for warranty. I Checked my Honda and it never happened to me for the last 7 years. Anyway I don't recommend ford or the dealer . More

Quick lanes slow service I went to get my tire check because me tire light came on the manager Zac told me it would be 3 hours so I ask to make an appt for the following day a I went to get my tire check because me tire light came on the manager Zac told me it would be 3 hours so I ask to make an appt for the following day and he tells me appts don't guarantee u will get seen... So I spoke to someone in service who made them take me immediately and then it was determined that I had a nail in my tire.. I decided to get it changed because they had a coupon to price match... every coupon I showed them they said it was wrong and for me to go get a receipt from the other company with a purchase .. manager would not give me the discount and I ask to see his boss Stan Jackson and he comes and attack me because I said the manager was rude and I was going to give him a bad review... he tried to argue with me and Sri didn't honor the coupon. So I ask for them to put my old tire on and give me my money back...they both were very disrespectful and I felt like they was trying to take advantage of me.. More
