Great service all around I would definitely recommend Gwinnett Place Ford to anyone looking for a car new or used. I purchased a car from them a few months ago. My car was tot I would definitely recommend Gwinnett Place Ford to anyone looking for a car new or used. I purchased a car from them a few months ago. My car was totaled. I insurance company paid for the car and I had gap insurance to cover the remaining balance. While this process was going, it was almost impossible to get another car with the loan on my credit. Hennessy Ford told me they could get me in a car the same day even with this on my credit. I gave them all the documents needed and lets just say I got a slap in the face after being told everything was approved. The very next day, my wife was talking with someone from Gwinnett Place Ford and they said the same thing. They could get us in a car the same day. We told them the situation and Mikhail said we can make this happen. Let me tell you. This experience was the best ever. In a day, they had us on our way. We have worked with Austin, the finance manager and he is another great person to work with there. These guys told me the truth from the beginning and I wish I would have went there before anywhere else. More
