Was insulted by a service I was insulted by a Service Advisor.....Comment was made in front of several employees....Exact Quote..."No wonder you are a divorced man" I instruct I was insulted by a Service Advisor.....Comment was made in front of several employees....Exact Quote..."No wonder you are a divorced man" I instructed the advisor upon my arrival that the motors on my Ford Escape were bad. When he called me to quote a price it was $590 and I questioned the amount and he immediately dropped the price to $490. I immediately told him to not touch my car as I was shocked that his first quote was $100 above what the charge should be....How many people just say OK and get overcharged. I found this highly unethical and I wanted no part of Ralph Tucci or the dealership....Wonder how many people are quoted an extra $100 everyday....so wrong to treat customers that come in and trust that they will be taken care of in an honest manner. When I asked for my keys the service manager insulted me by questioning my honor and then Ralph yells out the insult about my personal situation....I am sure that Ford Motor Company does not support customers being verbally attacked at a local dealership...Yes I am a divorced single father and I should not be ridiculed by a service advisor. I felt threatened and concerned that they were ready to attack me physically....sounds crazy but remember the United Airlines situation....I got another quote and the repair will cost less than $200 including parts...Be careful when visiting Gwinnett Place Ford....being insulted was bad enough but add on the $100 overcharge that was quoted spells....Run and never come back.... When I arrived at the lot he was waiting outside with a friendly greeting. He set me up to test drive the car and showed me all the "bells and whistles." Inside, he worked with me to get any discounts or rebates that might be available. After I purchased the vehicle he said he would get the car cleaned up and would deliver it to me at my home 49 miles away. When I asked if he could deliver it before noon because I had a lunch date and wanted to show off the car, he said he wasn't scheduled to work until noon. But I got a call from him the following morning saying he was bringing the car-apparently on his own time and I got to go to lunch in my car! I considered that REAL customer service!! My only negative is that in financing the car, considering my credit rating, I don't feel I got a very good interest rate and am in the process of refinancing the car. More

I was assured by my representative that he would return with the estimated wait time for my vehicle. I was offered a brand new 2017 Lincoln as a loaner car since my car required a part to be ordered! Fantastic service! Upon returning to pick my car up they not only repaired it, they had it washed and cleaned up for me. With all the pampering, I forgot that I was ever upset over the needed repairs which by the way were fully covered by the bumper to bumper warranty!! More
