Couldn't negotiate on the price much but got a decently good deal on the car. Documentation process was also pretty smooth. Reason for docking off a point is that the car came up under the certified pre-owned list while searching online but I was later told that it wasn't, which was misleading. More

Go see Finn I've bought a few cars over the years and have visited countless dealerships. I've only had two enjoyable experiences buying a car and this was one o I've bought a few cars over the years and have visited countless dealerships. I've only had two enjoyable experiences buying a car and this was one of them. I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with Finn during my recent purchase at Gwinnett Place Ford. This guy is a machine. He runs around the dealership to get things done, doesn't make you wait. We looked at a few different models and different features (which took quite a bit of time) and once we honed in on what I wanted, he made sure to find the exact vehicle that I was looking for - not trying to put me in something that was "close enough". The exact vehicle I wanted arrived from another dealership and had a couple issues, but they fixed them with no hassle and they made sure to compensate me for the trouble with some addons. So, yeah it didn't go perfect but you can't prevent every problem. What you can do is make up for it through excellent customer service and that's exactly what they did so I am completely happy. You see who people are not when things go right, but when they go wrong... so thanks Finn. The thing I appreciated most was that he was always making sure that the customer's interests (mine) were represented as I went through through the process. Sales, finance, delivery, etc. He was there the whole way. I'll definitely be coming back to Gwinnett Place Ford, and Finn, for my future car purchases. More
