Great People Great Service I have a company car through ARI Fleet and there was a recall on my former Ford Escape, when I got there, the service center manager asked why I didn' I have a company car through ARI Fleet and there was a recall on my former Ford Escape, when I got there, the service center manager asked why I didn't allow them to do my service, I responded that Ford was not on the approved list given to us. He told me they did plenty of ARI autos and in fact had their number memorized. I told him the current car was soon to be replaced and I would start with them with the new one. I held true to my word and he held true to his. He promised that I would notice a remarkable difference in speed, quality and super friendly service over the current the company I had used the past 14 years. He was absolutely right. I came in, EVERYONE on the line treated me like I'd known them all for years. Not only will I continue my routine service, my wife and I are looking to buy a new car when the 2018's come out. The truck was fairly priced and in decent condition! His team was on top of thier game as they sent me videos and pictures of the truck before deciding to make the trip to Atlanta from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Once I landed in Atlanta Gabi happily picked me up from the airport and took me to my new truck. The process was extremely easy and painless unlike most car sales. Also, the atmosphere at the dealership was great. Very relaxing yet also very upbeat and energetic but not in a pressure type of way. Everyone was polite and introduced them selves to me.
