It was as easy as could be and the need for negotiation was minimal. Finn took great care of us. We visited several other dealerships (Infiniti, Audi, Cadillac, Mercedes) and were disappointed with the service. He told me they did plenty of ARI autos and in fact had their number memorized. I told him the current car was soon to be replaced and I would start with them with the new one.
