The moment I walked in, I was treated with care and respect and my sales agent Marlo Taylor was very thorough with trying to find me a great deal. I was greeted by multiple people who knew my name when I walked in. I work in the restaurant industry so when that happens it makes you feel good and welcome. Throughout the process, Marlo seemed to be very down to earth, friendly, professional, and he seemed to be more of a friend than just someone trying to find their next deal. Although, I'm a tough sale, Marlo and his co-workers were very nice about trying to find me something I like. Although I didn't get what I was looking for, I got a really awesome car that I can honestly say I really love and I never would have thought of getting on my own.
