Purchase 2016 Ford Edge SEL I recently purchased another Ford Edge (my first one was in 2007 when they first came out). Mikhail Granovskiy was the sales person I worked directly I recently purchased another Ford Edge (my first one was in 2007 when they first came out). Mikhail Granovskiy was the sales person I worked directly with. He was very professional, courteous & attentive in finding the vehicle that best met my needs & requirements. After test driving & feeling good about the color, new design, performance & overall features we begin negotiations. Agreements were concluded quickly & during the final purchase process I met with Darian Atklinson, sales staff, who delivered all my manuals, keys, & went over information that I needed to know. He was very informative & precise (even giving me & my husband caps with the Gwinnett Place Ford insignia as a gift). Really nice gesture. Several other managers & staffs came over & introduced themselves. We then met with Arusha Hunter, in the financial dept, who did an excellent job as well in explaining the details in the purchasing process. He was very personable & knowledgeable in his job as well. We met with Mikhail the next day when he again went over some of the new features in the vehicle; setting up the phones, demonstrating navigation & other systems. It was a good experience due to the fluidity of this team & far better than other vehicle purchases I have made. I would recommend this dealership to others because of their good inventory of vehicles & informed courteous staff. More
