A positive experience and fun experience I was in the market for a new car. After sending in an on-line request to test drive the car I had selected, Finn Misa contacted me via text to set up I was in the market for a new car. After sending in an on-line request to test drive the car I had selected, Finn Misa contacted me via text to set up a time to test drive. I had already done my homework, and knew what car and price I wanted to pay. I arrived at the dealership at 3:00PM. Finn was there to greet me. Test drove the car. He and Jose put together pricing on the car. I told them I wanted there best eprice and has not interested in haggling. I was pleased with the price and the discounts they helped me get. Chad, in finance, was quick and efficient. I was out of there with a new, 0)% interest, financed car at 5:00PM. No hassle, no arguments, just a very pleasant experience. These guys are THE BEST - Finn, Jose, and Chad. I will be back for my next Ford in a few years. They even held the car for me a couple of days so that I could bring my wife in and surprise her on her birthday. They were in on the bday surprise, and acted theri parts well in a birthday surprise for my wife and two children. GREAT JOB GUYS! More
