No Pressure Sales Staff I found a 'new-used' (2016 with 35K miles) F250 that I was interested in. I was replacing a 2005 F250 Lariat FX4 Diesel so I wanted something similar. I found a 'new-used' (2016 with 35K miles) F250 that I was interested in. I was replacing a 2005 F250 Lariat FX4 Diesel so I wanted something similar. Met with Michael Ledwitz and he had the truck at the door waiting for us. It was just what I was looking for. We worked with the staff and simply fell a few thousand apart so we left. Had a 'starting' issue with the '05 (in 300K it had never done this) a mile or so from the dealership. Called them and they worked with us to get the truck back to be checked out...still no pressure to but and still offered the same trade allowance (depending on the repair issue). Michael Ledwitz was very accommodating throughout the process and we spoke with the manager and his manager and finally worked out a reasonable deal. Ended up buying the 2016 outright and will bring my 05 home when it is fixed. All the staff at Gwinnett Place was great and I would highly recommend this dealership...we drove over an our from home (passing by about 12 Ford dealers) for the unknown of Gwinnett Place Ford and we were not disappointed!! More

All in all, Shane and Arusha made sure I was taken care of and so I purchased a Fusion Energi. We didn't get to the price I had in mind but I feel I was dealt with fairly and that Shane went the extra mile to make the sale. More

Everything went so smoothly I found a vehicle on the website that I was interested in so My son and I headed to the dealership to check it out. I had been semi serious about looking for a couple of weeks. The salesman that met us at the door was David Fobare. I told him my interest and he brought it right around for a test drive. He was very easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor to cut the anxiety. Come to find out we had been conversing by text previously so it was nice to have someone already familiar. When we went back inside to crunch the numbers he didn't stop until I got what I asked for. I've never had a more pleasant experience. No pressure at all. Everyone was very friendly. And as a bonus we were blessed enough to be there for a customer appreciation lunch! More
