He then insisted I go for test drive also to make sure she was making the right decision. He kept coming back to us while we were going through all the steps and making sure that everything was going ok. No pressure at all. I have to say this is the first time I have purchased a car and not been emotionally drained by the time I left. All the staff was very attentive and we had to bring it back for a few cosmetic touch ups and the outcome was better than I expected. I would highly recommend this dealer and Michael and when I am ready to trade in my Escape I will be back. More

We were making our first car purchase on our own. We were really undecided and went back and forth between two cars. Finn gave us time alone and gave us great advice. Worked with our request to see if we could change options to the car we wanted. Everyone from Finn all the way to Finance and the Management team made us feel welcomed and gave us the time we needed to make the decision even though it was 8pm on a Saturday night.
