Bob acted like a consultant, not a salesperson, first of all. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who cared about our concerns. He was polite, personable, straight-forward, and honest. And most importantly, easy-going with no heavy sell. Gwinnet Place Ford has the process down, too. Once we agreed to the purchase, we worked with four different people, each a specialist in what they were doing, and they were all great. I would hire each one of them myself. I've since been in contact with Bob to buy another car and find him just easy to work with. The way it should be. I've taught Personal Selling at a university for 25 years and Bob gets an A+ along with his dealership. More

Gwinnett Ford had the car but for obvious reasons, I started making calls in the state of AZ to see if I could find a similar deal or at least one that was in the same ball park. I found two exact cars in my state ( year, color, mileage, supreme package) . The price difference was staggering and the discussions with the salesmen were what many would expect of a "car buying experience." My experience at Gwinnett Ford was anything but typical, from my first conversation with Kabrina , where she volunteered to go out and video the car and send it to me; to Shane picking myself and my daughter up from the airport, having the car detailed, and full of gas, to Ru who not only added an incredible extended warranty option but was also able to find a better interest rate and lower payment than what we had discussed. I purchase a new vehicle approximately every 3 years and have never had such an incredible experience. From beginning to end; they were professional, honest, and the customer service unparalleled !
