Buying new Truck So I found the truck I wanted online on and requested some more information on the vehicle. Within 2 min I got an automated text saying someone will b So I found the truck I wanted online on and requested some more information on the vehicle. Within 2 min I got an automated text saying someone will be in touch shortly. Well, a total of 15 min later I had a sales guy call me he and gave me some #'s. The #'s were low enough to get me to go an hour away to check the dealer out. As soon as i got out of my vehicle I was pounced by salesmen. I asked for the salesman that called me first who was Frank Mercardante. I was expecting a slick salesman to do the switch and bate trick but he wasn't like that at all. Frank was not your typical salesman. A straight forward seemenigly honest man that was personable. I got the same vibe from the dealership at Ford too. Anyway we went back and forth on numbers until something that worked for me and boom. We had a deal! Frank was the man from the start to the finish. Also,a shout out to my man, Jose the finance guy, for working some magic with my APR making sure to look out for the customer too and not just the business. Great experience with all the staff at Ford. Two thumbs up! More
