Mike Karter WE went into Gwinnett Place Ford to look at the Escapes. Had no intentoin of buying, just looking to see if my wife liked the car. I had done a built your car on-line earlier that day. When my wife said she like the Escape we got Mike Karter th come help us. I showed him the car I had built on-line said we are not buying just yet but do you have something like this. With-in 5 min Mike had a very close version of what I had built on-line at the front door. There was no pressure to buy but about 3 hrs later we had a new car! After the sale there were some small concerns, which Mike took care of very fast. WE are verry satisfied with Gwinnett Place Ford and Mike Carter and would highly recomend Mike to anyone looking for a car! More

When we were about to close the deal, we found out that my v6 was under a factory recall (waiting for parts to arrive). Rob and Bernie then hooked me up with a V8 as a loaner car, while the v6 was waiting for the parts from Ford. The experience was great at Gwinnett Place Ford! More
