I only have my Mercury serviced by Ford having had inferior work from off brand repair establishments. Now I am in Gwinnett county I have my vehicle serviced at Gwinnett Place Ford. Truly expert tec inferior work from off brand repair establishments. Now I am in Gwinnett county I have my vehicle serviced at Gwinnett Place Ford. Truly expert technicians, who take the time to make each job perfect, this where the jobs have always been priced ahead thus this is not padding the time. Both the service area and quick lane agents are professional and courteous. My ten year old Monterey drives like the day it was purchased. They have gone out of their way to repair some minor items gratis. The cost of the service is worth every penny. I am looking forward to purchasing my next Ford from these folks. More
I purchased a small car from here 8/18/13 which had about 555 miles on it supposedly new. I returned the car on 8/19/13 . Although I purchased the car on 8/18/13 they gave me a temporary tag as if I had purc 555 miles on it supposedly new. I returned the car on 8/19/13 . Although I purchased the car on 8/18/13 they gave me a temporary tag as if I had purchased the car a day earlier. They lied and said the car was driven from Florida to their location which doesn't even sound right seeing that new cars are normally transported on a truck. After the car was detailed I found oil under my seats, grease stains on the back seats and short guy hair in the front end of the car by the gears as if someone had been shaving. wtf. The hubcaps in the front were also rusted. I drove it around for a day and kept getting a knocking sound under the hood. My grandfather cosigned for me but no papers were signed on his end. The contract isn't even valid without his signature. My grandfather has A-1 credit yet they still told me I had to put down a down payment of $250. On 8/19/13 I was told I would be getting a full refund by Friday 8/23/13 but received a call Tuesday 8/20/13 saying they would not be giving me my money back. How can they steal my money even if I don't have the product. I am very unsatisfied and I will be getting my money back one way or another. More

They told me I needed to come back and sign some paperwork that they forgot to get signed. After doing that I started looking at my paperwork I realized they added an additional $750 for a warranty that I declined. More
We have just had the worse experience with a Ford dealership in 40 years of driving and buying cars. We were told by Jody Wardlaw the salesman that we had a deal done and that all we had to do was co dealership in 40 years of driving and buying cars. We were told by Jody Wardlaw the salesman that we had a deal done and that all we had to do was come pick out which Edge we wanted. We drove 120 miles to do business with Gwinnett Place Ford because 8 months ago this same dealership gave me exceptional service when I bought my new 2012 truck. Now we were looking to trade a 09 Edge Limited for a 13 Edge SEL. When we arrived at the dealership I ask Jody if we still had a done deal and he said as far as he knew.In the next 48 hours we have been lied to about everything. We thought we had a deal and I made it clear that it had to have roof rails or No deal. Jody said to me"Consider it done sir" We also spoke with Stacy Kelly The General sales Manager who would not agree to install the rails if we paid for them out of our pocket. We have never been treated so poorly from anywhere that we were trying to buy 36,000.00 dollars worth of car from. When I called the parts department about the cost of the roof rails I was told they were $239.00. When we ask Jody what the cost would be he told us that they were $349.00. When I ask him why I could buy them cheaper from his dealership than he could. He told me that yes I could. Really? When we realized that we could not get this deal done with the way were being lied to Jody had the nerve to ask me for positive feedback and when I told him that the way were have been treated would not get anyone positive feedback. I was a huge fan of Gwinnett Place Ford about 8 months ago but I can tell you now that if you're looking for a good deal on a Ford or Lincoln then stay clear of this place. You will get the worse customer service and waste a whole lot of time with people that have no intentions of offering any thing like real customer service. Oh one other thing, I tried to talk to the General Manager Mike Jordin today. I called several times and left a message but was never contacted which should tell alot about how they care for their customers. More
I have dealt with Frank Mercardante many times when I have my car serviced it's a pleasure to be able to have a friendly person to deal with while I wait for my car. I would like to thank Frank and the have my car serviced it's a pleasure to be able to have a friendly person to deal with while I wait for my car. At Gwinnett Place Ford they know how to treat a woman without trying to rip her off just because I'm a female. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. Thank you, Linda Andrews More

Car had a start-up issue, they diagnosed it to be a fuel pump gone bad and replaced it the same afternoon. The procedure takes a while, but in the mean time, the entire staff was friendly and courteous. I h pump gone bad and replaced it the same afternoon.
