Was told I could easily get into the car I described in the low $500's (lease) when, in fact, the first offer ended up being $250 more! Suck pricing. Sucker pricing approach akin to the experience of selling gold - try and pass off list pricing as a "deal". If they persist, offer a terrible deal. If the persist further, offer something slightly better until they either desperately accept or get wise and move on. If all that fails, they switch the vehicle out and change the charge. The car I wanted was in Michigan, so to to get that car it would cost me a staggering $900 - pay twice the destination charge. All that while the perfect match was across town at a rival dealership. How can they miss what I found in 15 minutes? How can they not offer to keep up the search until they found something that matched a deal we supposedly had struck? More inept probably than dishonest, though it could all be a clever rouse. Regardless, Avoid. There are many other Ford dealerships. More

I went to Gwinnett place Ford to purchase a used car, expecting to get something that would just be alright for my $10,000 price range. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted courteously and I neve expecting to get something that would just be alright for my $10,000 price range. When I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted courteously and I never felt pressured to speak with anyone. I was told, after meeting with John, that there were a few cars in my price range, and one in particular stood out to me. I bought a 2007 Grand Marquis and was surprised at how clean and large a car I got for the money. I met with the service manager to talk about the car's history and any potential problems, and all of my concerns were addressed by knowledgable staff- I don't have to tell you what a refreshing experience that is! All in all, this is the best car buying experience (out of the 6 or 7 I've had) that I can remember. Thanks Gwinnett Place Ford! More

Matt Lankford has been an outstanding service adviser every time I bring my vehicle to him for repair or service. He always has a smile on his face and is eager to deal with the problem.
