The sale was good. Geo was very helpful and got me done quickly. However a lead pipe went through my windshield the very next day. Geo had me come to the dealership to drop it off for repair. It was going to be four days before the new windshield was coming in. I needed a vehicle which in my last experience the dealership would get you a loaner. They told me I would have to rent a car which was ok the insurance would cover it but there were no rental cars available in the area. They asked the assistant GM to allow me a car since I was a long way from home. He declined even after I spoke to him explaining my situation. His solution was for me to work it out. I just bought an $82,000 vehicle the day before and he tells me to work it out. This guy Samir (sp) assistant GM has no problem solving skills, no people skills and just don’t care about his customers. If this dealership was smart they would get this guy back to washing cars out back and keep him away from customers. More
