This was my first at the dealership and the Service staff was very courteous and respectful. Corey was my Service Manager and he welcomed me and explained about the 40k maintenance entailed. The customer service I received from the service advisor is ok. Whoever is fixing my car is terrible. I took my car back last week and they didn’t fix the tire sensor light. The link they gave me to approve is ok. Whoever is fixing my car is terrible. I took my car back last week and they didn’t fix the tire sensor light. The link they gave me to approve didn’t give me the option. Even though I told the advisor on the phone to take care of this it wasn’t completed. Second, I picked my car and the oil change light came on even though one was just completed. Third, the keyless entry numbers are lit now. I had a bad experience prior to this only a few weeks prior due to an electrical failure. I left ford without anyone telling me what was wrong. I called the next week got someone from the 800 number they took my message and no one returned my call. I made one more appointment to get all this fixed and will never come back to this dealer. More
Ricardo went above and beyond! He kept me constantly updated on my Raptor. He even helped me get my medicine from my truck (that I forgot in there) just moments before closing.
