I usually hate going to dealerships because the whole buying process is long and your whole day is practically gone by the time you get out. This time though was a little bit different. I had the pleasur buying process is long and your whole day is practically gone by the time you get out. This time though was a little bit different. I had the pleasure of having Gabi Mor As my salesman and wow. He made it so easy. He explained everything in detail and he even speaks multiple languages. I took my Lincoln in to be serviced for my front speakers they told me I needed a module I paid over $800 for the part and work. The very next day my car was doing the very same thing, and then they tried to they told me I needed a module I paid over $800 for the part and work. The very next day my car was doing the very same thing, and then they tried to tell me, oh you need an amplifier instead and wanted to charge me another $1046! I told them I’m not paying them another penny and if that was the problem in the first place they should’ve ordered the other part and did that work. Then they said well we’re no longer a Lincoln dealership so we can’t help you, this was unacceptable. I contacted Lincoln and complained, I’m waiting to see how they’re going to handle it. I would not recommend anyone to ever get their car serviced at Gwinnett Pl.ace, Ford Lincoln dealership. They take a vantage of people, they don’t honor their word, and they don’t try to resolve issues that they made happen. More
