We took the test drive in the first and while we were gone they appraised the trade-in. We got back, tried the second, and when we were back the deal was ready for us. We made a few changes, got approved, and were driving home in the new truck two hours after we arrived at the dealership! Really easy, and Milon is great to work with and a man of his word!
