Nat M and his team were awesome when I purchased my 2020 Explorer. Nat listened and knew that I meant business and I was not in the mood for games. He worked hard on my trade-in value!!! Austin in finance was a little aggressive but I get it, that's his job!!! Even when he made a mistake, he owned up to it and made things right. I had to bring the vehicle back because when I made the purchase, the windshield had a small crack in it, Kith (Nat's manager) knew I wouldn't be happy with just fixing it, so he approved to replace the entire windshield which cost them $900. I appreciate him coming out to my car to explain things and apologize for any confusion. I really appreciate the entire team for their dedication to ensure we had a positive experience.
