Within minutes of contacting him, he put together a pricing package that was on spot with out the need to do the whole back-and-forth with the manager thing. I found the car we wanted to purchase online. Since the dealership is 2 1/2 hours away, I asked Nate, our sales person, to check the car to make sure nothing was wrong since we had to drive such a long way dealership is 2 1/2 hours away, I asked Nate, our sales person, to check the car to make sure nothing was wrong since we had to drive such a long way. He assured me the car was great. Upon arriving and driving the car, my husband noticed a whistling sound. When he asked Nate about this noise, his response was it was the seat air conditioner. We were not going very fast at the time so the response seemed legitimate. Nate stated the vehicle had been checked out and had a clean Carfax (which had not been updated since 9k miles, the car had 17k). Purchasing the car was a fairly easy process and we got out quickly. However, on the way home and driving down the interstate at 80 mph the noise become much worse. I immediately notified Nate of the issue. His initial response was for us to bring the car back, once again a 2 1/2 hour ride one way. Instead we ended up taking it to a local dealership because he assured me it would be covered under warranty. Not the case! The local dealership informed us that someone had tried to pry the door open and the window needed to be adjusted as well as the door. Not covered under the warranty! When I notified Nate of this information, his response was that his manager stated they were not going to help us with this because we purchased the car as is. Had you not lied about the reason for the issue we would not have purchased as is. Hindsight is always 2020, no we should not have purchased the car and we will never do business with these folks again. Update: After I posted my review, the dealership asked me to contact Joel Hall. He could not have been more helpful! They fixed the issue, reimbursed me for the amount I spent trying to get it fixed, reimbursed me for gas to drive back and forth, and loaned me a new car to drive while they worked on ours. This horrible experience had a happy ending! Thanks Joel! More

I was very reluctant on purchasing my 1st car, but it was time, and Vernon made sure I drove off in a safe very comfortable vehicle and the paperwork wasn't THAT bad, but VERNON did that... Vernon put me in the hands of AUSTIN. Austin was very knowledgeable about everything! He explained EVERYTHING to me to where I walked away VERY HAPPY!! THANK YOU GLENN VERNON AUSTIN! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
