I LOVE Gwinnett Place Ford!! I would only use Senior Sales Associate Geo Riddlespriger. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him. Jose Benitto My salesman, Jose, made my choice of a vehicle better than I had expected by "trying on" varioius deals; while I hate spending hours buying and tradin My salesman, Jose, made my choice of a vehicle better than I had expected by "trying on" varioius deals; while I hate spending hours buying and trading a car, he tried very hard to keep me comfortable and made the ordeal much more pleasant. I do have ONE complaint about the dealership. Before I traded cars on Sunday, I had set up a service appointment for the Escape, my former car on Monday at 7:00 am. After buying the new Edge on Sunday, I tried everything I could think of to cancel that service appointment, and ended by sending a message on the chat. What else could I do? More
