BE AWARE We had a good experience with our salesperson CRISTIAN. He was polite and did not use any pushy salesman tactics. CRISTIAN took the time to show us the features on the truck. HOWEVER, BEWARE of financing with this dealership. I recommend you use your own financial institution. My biggest problem was that the price posted on the vehicle was not the price used to finance the truck. The finance guy transposed the numbers to the benefit of the dealership. I did not catch the error until a day or two later. When I brought it to their attention, I was told that I was given the price that was in the computer. Management did NOT Honor the POSTED PRICE or offer another service/warranty for the difference. So if you decide to use their financing, make sure you review the paperwork thoroughly! Who knows how many other people they have done this to. Had management properly rectified this situation, our overall experience would have been better. More
