Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible experience with service department. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally ripping off customers. I had my vehicle towed to Terrible experience with service department. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally ripping off customers. I had my vehicle towed to their shop after it overheated. I live 4 hours away, so I had to rely on what the service tech told me over the phone. He said he has found the problem and quoted me $1400 to fix it. When went pick up the vehicle it wasn’t even drivable. I had to pay to get it towed to my local dealership. They looked it over and told me it needs a new engine, and that should have been obvious to the tech who worked on it. So basically I have brand new parts installed on a dead engine that had zero chance of fixing the problem to begin with. Thanks for nothing! More

Michael Duke is literally the best personality I have ever met. What a guy. It is the small things, he checked on me to give me a time estimate and when it changed they provided an update and chatted kin ever met. What a guy.
