Smooth New Car Sales Transaction During the 2017 Thanksgiving holiday weekend, my family was returning from vacation. 2017 was the last year that the Honda Accord EX-L V6 line up woul During the 2017 Thanksgiving holiday weekend, my family was returning from vacation. 2017 was the last year that the Honda Accord EX-L V6 line up would be offered. The new 2018 Honda Accord Inline 4s were hitting the dealership lot at Gwinnett Place Honda. Internet Sales Manager Joseph Shin informed me that he only had six (6), 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 models remaining on the lot. All were Black on Black. At the time, my current vehicle was a 2003 Honda Accord EX-L V6 (Dark Gray on Dark Gray) which was purchased brand new. It had close to 175,000 miles and still performed very well. The interior and exterior were both in great condition since the vehicle was garage kept. Upon arriving at Gwinnett Place Honda from returning from a 9-hour road trip, Internet Sales Manager Joseph Shin and New Car Sales Consultant Kha Tran greeted me and my wife. Kha had the keys in hand to test drive one of the 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6. During the road test, he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained and answered all inquiries pertaining to the features and functions of the vehicle from lane assist to Bluetooth pairing. Back at the dealership, the transaction to purchase the new vehicle took under 2 hours from final pricing to accessories to final delivery. Everyone was professional and personable and made purchasing the new vehicle a smooth transaction. The uniqueness of the staff is that they still provide exceptional service after the sale closes, especially if one visits the dealership for service, etc. and is remembered by face and is addressed on a first and/or last name basis.
