Flexible and Professional Overall, I had a really good experience with Gwinnett Place Honda (GPH). I was set on the 2019 Insight but not on the trim level. They were extremel Overall, I had a really good experience with Gwinnett Place Honda (GPH). I was set on the 2019 Insight but not on the trim level. They were extremely patient while I made my decision. Although I was working with several other dealerships to get the most information and the best price, GPH willingness to work with me was far superior to the others. Plus they had the most options on both trim levels and colors. The only bad experience I incurred was the amount of time I spend at GPH thus far. After my finances were pre-approved, price agreed on, and car selected, I went to GPH to rap everything up and take delivery. From the time I got there to the time I left was over 4 hours :(((((. About a week later, I went back to GPH with a tire(s) problem. From there, it took over 3 hours to diagnose and to replace all 4 tires. I do realize that I'm not the only person buying a new car or getting service but these times seemed incredibly long and excessive. Hope this information is helpful :) More
They fix the problem and the problem comes back We’ve had to come multiple times to resolve the same issue. Another issue was the infotainment system is messed up and they didn’t fix it cause they couldn’t see it, without further inspecting it. More
