Mr. Russo answered all my questions and had my car ready before the estimated time. He did not charge me the express change like my previous advisor did who charged me without consulting me. Dead Battery My car was sluggish to start so I made an online appointment with Gwinnett Place Honda to get it checked out. The morning of my appointment, my car wouldn't start so I called roadside assistance (through my insurance company). I called Gwinnett Place Honda to let them know I wouldn't make my appointment but would get there as soon as I could. I told them I would get back to them when I was on my way. Once I got my car jumped off, I called Gwinnett Place Honda to let them know I was on my way and they rescheduled my appointment. I got there before my appointment but they took me right away anyway. They were super fast checking and replacing my battery. The battery was still under warranty so there was no cost to me. Overall, a great experience. Everyone was very accommodating, fast, and friendly. The only inconvenience was that one of the car washes wasn't working and there was no sign on it stating this. After realizing it wasn't working, I drove around to the other one and it worked fine. The same thing happened to the person behind me. One of us probably should have driven up to the front to let someone know. More

Rudy at Gwinnett Place Honda is great. There are 2-3 Honda places closer to me, however I travel an extra 12 miles to go to Gwinnett Place Honda to get my car serviced. Rudy does a job letting me know what needs to be done now and letting me know what I should be thinking about doing soon. He never tries to sell me to do the extra stuff. He is honest and trustworthy and that is is hard to come by these days. That is why I pass 2-3 other Honda places and go to Gwinnett Place Honda. More

Diagnostic scan, no issues. My video shows issues Everything I brought my car in for was found as “no issue “ per diagnostic scan. I have a video showing nav system issues! While they were checking my car out, they deleted 1.5 years of saved addresses for 6 states. I am still sick over the loss of this data and WHY they chose to delete rather than save. More
