Terrible service I got in an accident and brought my vehicle to Hendrick Collision for repairs. My vehicle had severe damage and also internal damage related to the ac I got in an accident and brought my vehicle to Hendrick Collision for repairs. My vehicle had severe damage and also internal damage related to the accident. After a month of repairing my vehicle, they told me my vehicle was available for pick up. When I arrived they told me that it was not ready, as the insurers insurance company did not send payment for the repairs and I could not pick up my vehicle. I inquired about the auto-stop function and was in corrected and they failed to check, which I told both the manager and the rep assisting me in the very beginning. The manager, Todd drove my car and duplicated the issue and stated when they scan and determine it’s related to the accident they will repair. Fast forward, I was contacted saying to pick up my vehicle and the manager Todd stated that the auto stop function was resolved and they took care of everything. Two weeks after having my vehicle the auto stop ceased to work. I called to notify the shop, as they informed me all repairs had a warranty as long as I owned the vehicle and the rep, Alison stated that they never scanned my vehicle and that they would have to scan to determine if it’s related to the accident..... I informed her that I was told this before and Todd informed me that my vehicle had been scanned and the issue resolved. While Alison said the vehicle was never scanned and the technician never repaired this issue. Why would anyone lie to a paying customer? My life is in the hands of the collision specialist and they fail to scan my vehicle and complete my repairs, why? This is many of the bad experiences I’ve had with this repair shop in the last month. She told me she would talk to Todd and call me right back, never did. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this repair shop to my worst enemy. I wish I could give 0 stars. UPDATE——- 5/28/19 I was told by Todd that my auto stop would not work because my battery needed to be at 15v or higher. Today my auto stop worked one time at 13v. Another lie. More

Poor knowledge and very unprofessional place Just took my brand new 2019 Odyssey 12k miles for bad smell coming from the a/c system the service advisor told me that the technician suggested to re Just took my brand new 2019 Odyssey 12k miles for bad smell coming from the a/c system the service advisor told me that the technician suggested to replace the cabin’s air filter and flush the evaporator core??? on a brand new vehicle??? Like I said only 12k miles. I payed $240+ for the service/repair the worst part: the smell is coming back again, do I want to take it back to them? Of course no, they just want to sell you whatever and their level of knowledge is very poor and their worst adviser is courvoisier. This is my second bad experience with the dealer. I don’t recommend this dealer at all. More

It was difficult to turn on my car and a few times it wouldn’t even work to turn off. Trevin was great! He helped me as soon as I drive up and had a mechanic figure out the problem within an hour. I needed to get a rental and he assisted me with everything there too. There was a warranty issue and Trevin even called Honda care for me to resolve the issue. So happy with the work done. More
