Dishonest I went to Gwinnett Place Honda for the airbag recall. They spent more time on my car finding things unrelated to the airbag that needed replaced inclu I went to Gwinnett Place Honda for the airbag recall. They spent more time on my car finding things unrelated to the airbag that needed replaced including brakes, transmission fluid, brake fluid, engine air filter and cabin air filter. I found this all very interesting since the filters were replaced two weeks before taking it to this dealership and the brakes recently checked and they were fine. I bought two Honda’s from this place and sales is good but service department has always been shady. More

I went in with my parents a few months ago to window shop and get some prices for a new or semi new vehicle with no intentions of buying one that same week. Kha was patient, understanding, confident and very well informed. What we liked the most was that he made the effort to listen to us and our needs and did not pressure us. It was all about us. He mentored us throughout the process and allowed for us to decide for ourselves what the final decision would be. That same week my father agreed and we left with a 2016 Toyota Rav 4, a much better and more reliable vehicle compared to my worn out 2003 Acura MDX.
