Exceeds Exoectations I recently purchased a 2016 CR-V that had one key fob and no blade. I went over to the service center on a Saturday morning and worked with Alexander I recently purchased a 2016 CR-V that had one key fob and no blade. I went over to the service center on a Saturday morning and worked with Alexander Stanley. I advised him that I needed another key and blade for the fob. He responded that since the former owner possibly could have a key, it would be best to cut and program new keys. He led me into the service waiting area and told me where I could find coffee for it may take a while. I was expecting a 2 hour wait but to my astonishment, it took under 45 minutes. Kudos to the Alexander and the service team for exceeding my expectations. More
