The management there is crazy good, they will text you back, let you send pictures of your car and then tell you what to do with it. Last weekend, on New Year’s Eve, my husband and I were traveling from Asheville, NC, to Opelika, AL, when our 2018 Honda Clarity began making unusual binding noises. We were on I-85 S and decided to seek assistance at Gwinnett Place Honda having been customers when we lived in the area twenty years ago. We were pleasantly surprised on this Saturday and holiday weekend. Initial contact with one of the staff was pleasant and welcoming, and he sought help from the assistant service manager, Ronnie Butler. Mr. Butler was unable to do a complete diagnostic, but after test driving our vehicle, he had a repairperson check out our car and make a minor adjustment that stopped the noises for the remainder of our trip. Thank goodness we were able to complete our journey without worry and attend a loved one’s funeral! We are very appreciative of the attention Mr. Butler gave to our plight, above and beyond our expectations. We are very impressed with Gwinnett Place Honda! More
