My feedback would be instead of sending me 4 e-mail reminders (yes I received 4 e-mails reminding me of my appointment). What would be nice is that make the FIRST e-mail so that I can reply and CONFIRM the appointment and then the other 3 e-mails wouldn't clog up my mailbox. Additionally instead of getting so many e-mail reminders, it would have been REALLY NICE to know (in an e-mail maybe) that the service was going to take 3+ hours to complete (due to the recall) since I'm from out of town and had a 5 hour round trip drive, not to mention no place to go for 3+ hours.......... More

See Daniel at Gwinnett Place Honda Customer Service is everything. The deals in and around Georgia are pretty much the same but what sets Daniel apart is his knowledge and experience.
