Used Car Buying Experience at Gwinnett Honda I don’t normally rate my customer service experience and I often dread going to a car dealership due to the pushy sales pitch from car salesman. As the recent owner of a Honda that I purchased from Gwinnett Honda, I want to tell everyone this dealership changed my mindset and exceeded my expectations. The dealership was clean inside and outside, had salesman that greeted you upon arrival and asked “if someone was helping you?”, and you could feel the positive atmosphere once you entered the building. However, the best part of my car buying experience was dealing with my car salesman (Mr. Kha Tran). When I saw my car online, I submitted my name and contact information online. Less than five minutes after clicking the submit button, Mr. Tran called me. He was extremely nice, did not have a pushy sales pitch, and answered every question that I asked regarding the vehicle. I met with him to view the car and I must say he is definitely one of the BEST car salesman I have ever come in contact with. I would not buy another Honda or later trade my Honda unless Mr. Tran was my car salesman. I was very impressed by his personality and he was open and genuine with our conversations. If you want outstanding customer service, someone who is genuine and truly cares about people, and good prices please checkout Gwinnett Honda. Make sure you ask for Mr. Kha Tran.
