I understand that he has to do that and that is where the dealership makes a lot of their money but we were not interested. Eventually, the guy actually starting getting upset when I asked him if he could move on so we could finish the paperwork. He then made a comment that could have been taken a number of different ways. If I only had to deal with my salespeople, I would come back in a heartbeat. This is the second Honda I have purchased and I actually love the automobile. I just refuse to work with this finance manager ever again. More
