Saved us from Carland We had a bad experience a few hours earlier at Roswell Carland so I started emailing Leo Ko who I had contacted earlier through my employee truecar po We had a bad experience a few hours earlier at Roswell Carland so I started emailing Leo Ko who I had contacted earlier through my employee truecar portal. He wasn't pressuring and got me on the phone with his manager Troy who walked us through the best price he could offer. They weren't pushy and we got close to the number we would've paid at Carland but got a newer model year. We were happy to get the deal done even though it was super late. I asked to see the exact number before I signed anything or let them run my credit and they weren't shady and obliged. Because the number wasn't a cent different, we felt confident we weren't getting ripped off. I did feel slightly pressured to add on service packages I didn't necessarily need, but this is my fault for buying a car at 10pm at night. I feel confident I can cancel them next week once the paperwork goes through so no harm done. I wish they had better financing rates for someone with a credit score as high as mine so I will have to refinance. Overall a good experience and would work with them again. More
