Less than I've come to expect This was my first "bad" visit. I came in for a routine oil change. After handing off my keys to the advisor, that was my last contact with him. I was in the waiting room for 2 hours watching people who came in after me leave. 1 1/2 hours in I found my car outside, 1/2 hour later, I walked out into the service lane. The advisor motioned for me to follow him, told me he had been looking for me. I'm a big girl, I'm hard to miss. So once I'm standing there he says my car hadn't been finished for long (depends on your definition of long), that my filters were in the yellow. If he had bothered to text, call and "find" me I would have bought the filters. I go out of my way to come back to Gwinnett Place but I think this was my last per paid out change, so not sure I'll be back. More
