disappointment In the same week, my 2016 Accord that had only 12,000 miles had two issues right after it passed factory warranty. First the battery died. A friend he In the same week, my 2016 Accord that had only 12,000 miles had two issues right after it passed factory warranty. First the battery died. A friend helped me jump start and I took it to this dealership. Even though the service advisor was able to restart the car, he still recommended me to replace the battery plus a whole bunch of other services that would add up to four or five hundred dollars. I didn't want to do all that those and wanted to find out how long the battery life still had, but he advisor told me he would make the decision for me and that I must replace the battery, which cost about $107. A couple of days later, I got a flat tire. Again, I took it to this dealership. I was told the nail was at the place that could not be fixed and must be replaced. I had no choice but to accept and spent another $150, but when I texted my boyfriend, he asked me to get the flat tire so that he could get a second opinion. Sure enough, he was able to have it fixed for $10 and we took it to Discount Tire to have it mounted for $25. It made me question the skills and honesty of the technicians and dealership. I love Honda and liked the dealership when I bought my Accord from them and even brought another friend to buy a Civic later, but I don't like dealership that is not honest with the service problems and seems to just want the customers' money. I am very disappointed. More

Poor communication throughout the repair process. Repair took almost 3 weeks for basic repair (front fender, bumper, and headlight). More
