Even Trade I came in to do an even trade after having a van for only three months which I also bought from this dealership. Joel, along with the management work I came in to do an even trade after having a van for only three months which I also bought from this dealership. Joel, along with the management worked out the numbers that day so that the trade was even. I for sure think your dealership could improve in two areas. You should have a room for kids like other dealerships have that include a tv with cartoons, comfortable seating and toys. You should also have a variety of free snacks and drinks considering the lengthy amount of time people stay to purchase a vehicle and I don’t mean just water and coffee. From 2015-2018, I had a Nissan and they had these two things at their dealership which made my experience better. They also had a room with a tv for adults while you wait. More

Terrific experience! I was in the neighbor so I stop by to see if they had time to get my recall service done on my pilot. Mr. Stallings came out to greet me and her was t I was in the neighbor so I stop by to see if they had time to get my recall service done on my pilot. Mr. Stallings came out to greet me and her was terrific! He put me in a rental and said he would have the service done in 24 hours. I ask if I could get some regular maintence done on my pilot and they were able to get that done as well while I had the rental. Mr. Stallings had me out the door in under 15 minutes. As promised I had my car back in less than 24 hours with the recall work done and the maintence work done on the vehicle as well. I have used your service department a few times before and have always been very pleased with the service. More
