Unsure if I really needed to replace my battery I came in due to a battery issue on my 2016 Accord. The service advisor was very nice, and I was able to start the car before any examination. I asked the advisor to check my battery and see how much longer it would last since my car was still fairly new and had only 12,000 miles. However, the advisor recommended me to other services that would cost more than $400. I didn't want to do any extra services without discussing with my boyfriend first, so he took the other recommendations out. I was also thinking that I may have a coupon at home for service, so I wanted to just see how long my battery would last and maybe decide later. The advisor still recommended me to replace the battery, which cost about $107. When I told my boyfriend, he was not happy, as he believed my car was still new and the battery from the factory should have lasted longer, and the replacement warranty only lasts for three years. I wish I had taken my car to Autozone and gotten a battery that has five years warranty instead or waited until I really needed to replace it. I like Gwinnett Place Honda and the service is usually nice. I just wish I wasn't pressured into making a decision and the service fees are not so high that scare customers from coming to dealership to fix their cars, and that applies to all dealership in general. More

Most recommend dealership in Georgia by far People at Gwinnett Place Honda is the kindest and most trained. They know what they're doing.
