Waste of time scheduling an appointment for service! Gwinnett Place Honda Service Center is the absolute worst in the business! They have no intention of honoring appointment times. Took my car there for Gwinnett Place Honda Service Center is the absolute worst in the business! They have no intention of honoring appointment times. Took my car there for recall work after scheduling an appointment. After we got there they told us it would take twice as long to complete the work scheduled. The car then sat there for 2 hours without anyone touching it until we finally got mad enough to get the car back and leave. All because they thought they could screw us around because they weren't making any money off the service for a factory recalled defective part! More
